Withdrawal
You can return a product and we will give you back the price if you notice us in writing within 14 working days using the return form or via phone at 216-8001003.With your right to withdrawal you are oblidged to return the product in the same perfect condition you received it and within the same time we are oblidged to return the amount to you. The return of the product(s) can be done in person at the store, using any Courier company (with your own charge) or using the Courier Center (€5 charge). In any case the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary documentation and receipts. Shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by psistis.gr and are charged to the client. The returned money from psistis.gr will not include the original shipping costs to you.
Return Policy - Product Replacement
In case of return you send us the parcel by calling +30 210 7512000 (Courier Center). The shipping cost of the new shipment in this case is 5 € regardless of the total amount of the order. Every return is made exclusively through the company Courier Center. If you make a return with any other courier company it is your responsibility and charge.
In case your parcel has been delivered through a conventional transport company, you should contact us to be informed about the steps you need to follow and the cost.
In case of incorrect shipment under the fault of our company or in case you receive a defective product, the shipping costs is covered by our company.
